You may not use, manipulate images in any way that might be deemed defamatory, pornographic, libellous, obscene or immoral.
If an image is purchased from Colm O'Neill either for commercial or personal use, it is a license to use the image for a specified purpose and not the actual ownership of the image. You may not publish images on Facebook, Bebo, MySpace or other social networking sites - doing so will result in legal proceedings against the copyright infringer.
Colm O'Neill does not offer any licence in respect of use of likeness, names or trademarks depicted in the images nor provide indemnity in regards of image supplied and its use.
Images in the galleries are intended for personal, private, editorial and licensed commercial use. Any marketing, advertising or product promotional use will require a release from the individual(s) concerned.
Colm O'Neill gives no release or clearances in this regard; it is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained and not that of Colm O'Neill.
